Dear Jane, Thanks a lot for your last letter. It's such a great new that you are going to come — I can't wait to see you! Well, you know Russian is not the easiest language to study, but it's great you have at least some basic skills, so speaking with the natives and reading books in Russian are the most efficient ways of learning our language and enlarging your vocabulary. To be honest, I have nothing against using Internet as an educational source — all the books are available free and, what's more, you can find some video lessons which are great! It's incredibly hard to choose the most important aspect of language learning — they are all connected, aren't they? But let it be speaking — without this skill all other skills are just passive!
