Distinctive features of mass media are a publicity, i.e. an unlimited circle of users; existence of special technical devices, equipments; the changeable volume of the audience changing depending on shown interest to this or that transfer, the message or articlethere are following types of mass media: Type of mass media No. 1 – printing editions. Perhaps, on set of the granted certificates on registration the most mass. Newspapers, magazines, booklets, directories, brochures etc. which have the constant name belong to this type of mass media, are published once a year and more often, and also have other signs of mass media.Type of mass media No. 2 – sites. The modern legislation doesn't oblige to register sites as mass media. However, it is permissible. The collectives which have registered the sites as mass media, get the same rights, as collectives of other mass media. This type of mass media the most expensive and at the same time the most highly effective if it is correct to organize a broadcasting. There are some ways of the organization of a broadcasting. In the legislation these ways are veiled, on this site all ways of the organization of a broadcasting are opened and quite available to the independent organization.Type of mass media No. 4 – a radio program. At the correct organization of a broadcasting and in skillful hands by efficiency and profitability it can be made even to some TV programs though as the competitor isn't considered. As these mass media it is understood what – any video record broadcast periodically on any technical means.Type of mass media No. 6 – the film chronicle program.
