1) I prefer animal food, but i know that this is wrong. Meat also has many nutrients. But in plant foods is nothing tasty.So, I eat meat foot most often, it is very delicious. We all know that there are people who call themselves vegetarians. They eat onle plants! 2) And animal and plant food is good for us, for our health. It has vitamins but we must cooking it right. 3) Of course, cooked meat is healthier for people, but for animals and raw and cooked meat is tasty and is not harmful.
