Goths (born Goths, from the English. Gothic in the sense of the barbaric, rude [⇨]) — a subculture that arose in the late 70's of the XX century in the United Kingdom on the basis of the punk movement. Gothic subculture is varied and not uniform, however, for all its representatives to some extent characterized by a particular interest in the image and gothic music.
